Investpro Limited provided investment advisory and was the Lead Manager to Faith Brothers LLC, for the acquisition of 90% common shares in Citi Savings and Loans Company Limited. Citi Savings and Loans Company Limited subsequently became Intercontinental Bank after the acquisition of a Universal Banking license from the Bank of Ghana, and has since been acquired by Access Bank. Investpro Limited carried out operational and financial due diligence, valuation, technical documentation and investment advisory services for the transaction and provided technical advisory services for all aspects of the work leading to the sale and transfer of Share Rights.
Investpro Limited was the co-lead manager and technical advisor on the valuation, due diligence, evaluation of Bids, review and scoring of both technical and financial proposals, writing of evaluation reports, coordination with all stakeholders on all aspects of the sale of 67% Government of Ghana shares in Western Telecommunications Corporation (“Westel”) to Zain Telecommunications.
