Mrs. Lawrenda Manuh holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Sociology and Social Work from the prestigious Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology- KNUST, where she graduated with honours. She is currently on course to successfully complete her Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the Mercer County Community College, Princeton Campus –USA in November 2018.
Mrs. Manuh is presently the Executive Director at Investpro Limited responsible for Business Development, Client Services and Relationship, Banking Operations, Billing and Human Resource Management. In this position she is responsible for setting targets across the company, monitoring and evaluation, and ensuring timely and positive feedback for effective corrective action.
Externally, she is responsible for solving all client disputes on billing and customer service to ensure every client is kept abreast of each major step of our engagement and they are fully satisfied with our work. Prior this position, she worked with Equity Assurance Ghana, where she was responsible for new business development, client relations and portfolio management.
Mrs. Manuh is also a member of the Board of Directors responsible for policy direction, governance and best practice within the Company.
Mr. Dennis Clottey holds a Masters in Project Management for the University of East London- Royal Docklands Campus and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies from the Kingsbridge College of Management & Technology-London. He is also a PRINCE 2 Practitioner and also hold a Professional Scrum Master Certificate from Scrum.org –USA. He is also a member of the Project Management Institute-Ghana and a product of Mfantsipim School.
He has extensive Business and Project Management Delivery experience spanning over 15 years both locally and internationally. Prior to joining Investpro Limited presently as the Senior Executive Manager, He worked with Akaditi Limited as a Senior Project Manager and managing a Portfolio of Programmes and Projects as part of the Transformation of the Ghana Police Service in excess of $410 Million.
He has also worked as a Consultant on the Transformation and Re-Accreditation of the Advanced Business College with the University of Education-Winneba.
He has also worked as an Information and Project Manager at Right to Dream Academy where he played a major role in facilitating the management of a model and the production of project outputs while managing the operations, standards and culture of the data environment.
Prior to Joining Right to Dream Academy, He worked as a Project & Recruitment Consultant at BJ Global an HR Consultancy firm providing Cost Efficient and Project Management Solutions to Clients.
He has also worked in the United Kingdom as a Project Manager at Lifelong Learning UK-LLUK where he played major role in successfully delivering the UK’s Government’s 14-19 Diploma Reform Project and played some volunteer roles on the Kliptown Project- Soweto, South Africa.
Mr. Nimako is a certified Accountant from the Centre for Business Studies and SCG Consulting. He is a Management Consultant with experience spanning over twenty (20) years.
As an experienced Accountant and Auditor, he has successfully undertaken various Accounting functions with several companies including Nationwide Technologies, Nationwide Systems, Investek Limited and many others. Over the years he has executed his duties with excellence and gained strong management and financial accounting experience.
He has provided financial auditing services for various companies and organizations, served in various Accounting roles for many companies including Vita Quick limited, Perrimex Ghana limited and served as the Financial Manager for Tilbury Environmental limited.
At Investpro, he is responsible for preparing financial statements, business activity reports and forecasts, monitoring financial details to ensure that all management and financial targets are met. He provides the financial due diligence, financial assessment and reporting, budget review and planning, internal audit and evaluation for all external engagements. He reports directly to the Executive Director and serves as an Advisor to the Executive Chairman.
