Nana Fredua Agyeman Pambuo is the founder of Investpro Limited. He is a Corporate Executive, an Investment Banker and a Turn-around Specialist with over twenty five years of hands-on experience both internationally and locally in the area of Structured and Syndicated Finance, Energy, Governance and Public Policy, Pension Fund Administration, Corporate Audit and Advisory, Public Procurement Legislation and Implementation, Budgeting, Banking, Strategic Planning, Supply Chain Management and Negotiations.

Nana Pambuo holds a Graduate Degree in Business Administration, from Pace University’s Lubin School of Business, New York, USA. He is also an Associate member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply and holds an Advanced Certificate in Wines and Spirits from Wine & Spirit Education Trust-UK. He has consulted for the World Bank, Commonwealth Development Corporation, African Development Bank, Ministries of Finance and Communications in Ghana, Bank of Ghana and countless private sector organizations in the USA, Ghana and Kenya. He has led and participated in several local and international conferences, and has been featured extensively in the media on public policy, sovereign debt, public procurement, national elections and governance.

Nana is visionary Leader with a proven track record of enhancing profitability in the private sector and accountability in the Public Sector, in line with the best interest of shareholders, stakeholders, employees, and the public. As evidence of his contribution towards the prudent management of public expenditure, he was the only private sector Consultant and principal member engaged by the government of Ghana in the design, write-up and eventual legislation of the Public Procurement Act 663.

Nana started his career as a Corporate Auditor in New York with the International Audit and Consulting firm of Arthur Andersen & Co. in 1988. He subsequently, joined Colgate Palmolive-USA, as the Regional Manager for the Africa and Middle East Division, based in South Africa, where he managed and was responsible for seventeen (17) countries operating in the region. Thereafter, he was the West Africa Hub Contract & Procurement Director for Shell International as a senior level executive, responsible for the implementation of supply chain management, investments and best practice in procurement for fourteen (14) countries in the region, in this position he pioneered the reduction in cost of US$18.75 million in savings and prudent financial management for the Region.

 Nana Pambuo was appointed by his peers on the Board to the Executive Position as the Supervising Director of Merchant Bank (Ghana) Limited from 2008 to 2009, where in a relatively short period of two (2) years he restructured the operations of the bank, improved its Credit Risk Management and turned the fortunes of the bank around, resulting in the payment US$1,000,000 as dividends to shareholders in 2008, the first time since 1994. 

In recognition of his achievements he has been appointed as a Board Member of several organizations in Ghana including Merchant Bank Limited now Universal Merchant Bank Limited, Ghana Shippers Council, Ghana Supply Company, Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT), Labadi Beach Hotel, Ghana Employers’ Association, African University College of Communications, and served as the Chairman for the Otumfuo Osei Tutu II Charity Foundation, SSNIT Informal Sector Fund and Switchback Development Limited. Nana Pambuo has several publications and editorials, in the local newspapers and other official magazines to his credit.
 

Mrs. Lawrenda Manuh holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Sociology and Social Work from the prestigious Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology- KNUST, where she graduated with honours. She is currently on course to successfully complete her Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the Mercer County Community College, Princeton Campus –USA in November 2018.

Mrs. Manuh is presently the Executive Director at Investpro Limited responsible for Business Development, Client Services and Relationship, Banking Operations, Billing and Human Resource Management. In this position she is responsible for setting targets across the company, monitoring and evaluation, and ensuring timely and positive feedback for effective corrective action.

Externally, she is responsible for solving all client disputes on billing and customer service to ensure every client is kept abreast of each major step of our engagement and they are fully satisfied with our work. Prior this position, she worked with Equity Assurance Ghana, where she was responsible for new business development, client relations and portfolio management.

Mrs. Manuh is also a member of the Board of Directors responsible for policy direction, governance and best practice within the Company.

Mr. Dennis Clottey holds a Masters in Project Management for the University of East London- Royal Docklands Campus and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies from the Kingsbridge College of Management & Technology-London. He is also a PRINCE 2 Practitioner and also hold a Professional Scrum Master Certificate from Scrum.org –USA. He is also a member of the Project Management Institute-Ghana and a product of Mfantsipim School.

He has extensive Business and Project Management Delivery experience spanning over 15 years both locally and internationally. Prior to joining Investpro Limited presently as the Senior Executive Manager, He worked with Akaditi Limited as a Senior Project Manager and managing a Portfolio of Programmes and Projects as part of the Transformation of the Ghana Police Service in excess of $410 Million.

He has also worked as a Consultant on the Transformation and Re-Accreditation of the Advanced Business College with the University of Education-Winneba.

He has also worked as an Information and Project Manager at Right to Dream Academy where he played a major role in facilitating the management of a model and the production of project outputs while managing the operations, standards and culture of the data environment.  

Prior to Joining Right to Dream Academy, He worked as a Project & Recruitment Consultant at BJ Global an HR Consultancy firm providing Cost Efficient and Project Management Solutions to Clients.

He has also worked in the United Kingdom as a Project Manager at Lifelong Learning UK-LLUK where he played major role in successfully delivering the UK’s Government’s 14-19 Diploma Reform Project and played some volunteer roles on the Kliptown Project- Soweto, South Africa.

Mr. Nimako is a certified Accountant from the Centre for Business Studies and SCG Consulting. He is a Management Consultant with experience spanning over twenty (20) years.

As an experienced Accountant and Auditor, he has successfully undertaken various Accounting functions with several companies including Nationwide Technologies, Nationwide Systems, Investek Limited and many others. Over the years he has executed his duties with excellence and gained strong management and financial accounting experience.

He has provided financial auditing services for various companies and organizations, served in various Accounting roles for many companies including Vita Quick limited, Perrimex Ghana limited and served as the Financial Manager for Tilbury Environmental limited.

At Investpro, he is responsible for preparing financial statements, business activity reports and forecasts, monitoring financial details to ensure that all management and financial targets are met. He provides the financial due diligence, financial assessment and reporting, budget review and planning, internal audit and evaluation for all external engagements. He reports directly to the Executive Director and serves as an Advisor to the Executive Chairman.
